The other containing forty acres, Beginning at a Sugar tree and white oak thence S. 80° E. 67 poles to a white oak sapling corner to William Ryebroen's land and with a line of the same N. 59° E. 129 poles to two Sugar trees on the west side of steep bank. N. 46° W. 43 5/9 poles by a marked white oak and hickory to a stake on a knob thence along said knob S. 61° W 167 poles to the beginning with all their appurtenances. ⁶
