General Notes: This ancestor not proven. Rev. Johann Phillip Streiter came from Germany via Rotterdam in the St. Andrew Galley to Philadelphia, PA. 26 Sep 1737, settled in Bucks Co., PA., later moved to Elizabeth Town (now Hagerstown), Maryland and in 1755 moved to near Harpers Ferry, VA. (W.Va.).

Johann married Wittman,¹ daughter of Philipp Gottfried Wittman and Unknown. Wittman was born in 1717.¹
